Kaito performs every week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
The location of his performances varies each month, as do the content of his performances.
Sometimes he will perform on a weeknight in order to bolster his income.

HOUSING
Kaito's apartment (BAVAN)
Kaito currently resides in a room above the Silver Moon Bar with Conan Edogawa.As of September 6 he has moved to a secret apartment as specified here.
As a basic description, the apartment consists of one main living-kitchen area that is sparsely furnished. There is a couch, basic kitchen appliances, and a coffee table. This area is usually kept relatively clutter-free, although sometimes there will be clothes strewn over the back of the couch and a few larger odds and ends shoved against the wall.
From the living-kitchen area there are doors to two rooms: the bedroom and the workroom. Kaito's bedroom is a mess and contains all of his personal effects (both as a magician and as a thief). There's a desk in here
don't ask how he brought it upladen with shiny baubles, coloured glass, with a few shelves above it holding trinkets that caught his eye in the markets. Since there's no closet, he makes do with baskets and boxes for clothing. Medicines and tinctures are kept in a special chest at the foot of his bed.There is a small bathroom attached to his bedroom. It's simply a shower stall and a toilet plus a sink.
The workroom has all his sensitive equipment and magic paraphernalia. The door to this room is kept locked. Inside, one can find things such as his card gun, sketchbooks, schematics, jewel replicas, and components for explosive powders/liquids. This room is the most organised of the small space he has.
Jacob's House (BAVAN)

Ground floor: Far left is the dining room, the kitchen/pantry is the one just above it. The other two are a study and a room with couches/etc./sort of living room.
Upper floor: Most of these are bedrooms/empty rooms, the lower leftmost is the master bedroom and has a bathroom/walk in closet off the side of it. There's another bathroom (the small one next to the stairs to the attic). The far left at the end of the hallway's a solar. (That leaves five other bedrooms/empty rooms in total.)

Basement: The basement has got a couple of large storage rooms, one small room with a makeshift bar/table, and then a hidden door at the end of the hall that opens into the bunker room (concrete floor with a drain in it, Kain cleaned out some bones/creepy shit and has it turned into a survival bunker with stored food, water, cots, etc.)
Outdoors: There's a garden space outside and a pond dug in, along with a garage and a small shed. The shed's converted into a smokehouse and the garage mostly just has random crap stored in it. Kaito used to have a small plot here but he's converting the entire thing to a herb garden in Kain/Rosa's absence. As of April 1 there are some tropical-looking flowers attempting to grow in the corner (not very successfully). They're from Hemlig.
Kaito's safe house (VANDARE)
In exchange for his help and advice, the thieves allow him use of the topmost room and rooftop. Needless to say they're a little wary of him but he doesn't bother them so they don't bother him. He has established a rule that they must knock first and then he will open the door. It is absolutely imperative they do not open the door on their own, even to peek inside. The entire room is booby-trapped and can only be disarmed from the inside. They can easily tell if he's inside by what he hangs out the window.
Description: The room is rather bare at first but it's soon filled with basic supplies such as water, several different changes of clothes in varying fashions (Vandare + Bavan), and an extensive first aid kit. As far as furniture goes, it has a bed and a closet. There is a small, attached bathroom but the only kitchen is downstairs.
(Just imagine a youth hostel and you have an idea what it looks like.)
Kid's room at the Devil's Nest (VANDARE)
The third door on the left is Kid's room. It's very bare, containing only medical supplies and a few accessories that aren't enough to give away what sort of person or monster has taken up residence there. Even the bed looks like it has hardly been slept in. On occasion, one may see a shadow passing in the light streaming under the door, but opening the door will show the room as vacant.
Fireworks warehouse (BAVAN)
The warehouse is fairly roomy, with a lot of space for an explosion to occur in. It's been split into roughly two areas: one with workbenches and chemical appliances (Bunsen burners etc.) while the other is clearly a storage space. They both have bright yellow hazard signs stuck on the doors indicating the presence of dangerous chemicals.
Should one happen to look inside those rooms, they will see everything labelled meticulously with all the appropriate names and warnings.
JOBS
(As of August 10...)
Kaito has a job as a tableside magician at the Typhon Theatre!
He does a couple of shows every few weeks.
He may also occasionally work as a stagehand when required to.

Kaito helps tutor kids at Yuriika's Persephone Orphanage on his free days.

The Hounds of Motasvard
Anyone eaten by these Hounds were forgotten. Like their existence had been erased. Monsters brought back by the fog afterwards were remembered however.
No-one seems to remember this city, and there are few mentions of it in Ryslig's history books.
(Kaito found a journal while he was there, and also snuck off some interesting jewellery.)
