Silver Moon Bar (information/employees)
OPENING HOURS: ~12pm-late
The bar is not a big place exactly; it's on a side street just off one of the central areas of Bavan. It's got several tables, a pool table, a piano on one of the walls, and a slightly battered jukebox by the door.
It's open for a good part of the afternoon/day; at night there's a human, local barkeep that's friendly towards monsters. (Dave the barkeep has been there for a while. Dave is not food.) There's a couple other human staff with a bit of turnover on employees.
There's some human clientele, very heavily slanted towards people that are interested in the monsters or have good opinions of them; for obvious reasons, people more hostile to monsters aren't likely to stick around or be very welcome if they're loud about it. The bar is one of the businesses with a sign up that monsters are welcome.
There's another small sign at the bar stating that they are open to answering questions on things to help new arrivals and other monsters adapt, and there's usually some of the pamphlets made by Sybil's Welcoming Committee available, including ones with a list of other places of note/some of the other player businesses and safe havens, including the Pandemonium bookstore, the clinic/Spa at lake Dala, Rin's church/soup kitchen, and the lab.
There's a couple back rooms that're employee/locked - a walk-in fridge, a couple dry storage rooms, a microbrewery (set up by Harry Dresden), and a small kitchen. There's also an upstairs studio apartment.
UPDATE (EARLY MAY, 2019):The Silver Moon was gutted by fire from the Fever Pitch event, and is in the process of being rebuilt. Will take a month or so to complete. Dave the barman was injured trying to put out the fires but is recovering in hospital.
The bar is back in business!

Every Friday night (starting June, 2016), there is a DRINKS ROULETTE where you pay a set price to receive a selection of five shots and have to identify what they are. If you guess all of them correctly, you get your money back.
