Jacob's House (BAVAN)

As of roughly the beginning of March, Kaito has come into the Silver Moon Bar and Jacob's House formerly owned by Kain.

Jacob's House - [ Basement | Ground floor | Upper floor ]

It should be noted that this house is known by some local NPCs and NPC police as the house where some serial killers used to reside in. It was being rebuilt by Kain over the months he owned it but still has an ominous reputation given its monster inhabitants.

CURRENT RESIDENTS: Kaito (owner), Lyra Silvertongue imnotyours, Lorraine Conyers bedazzlings

Ground floor: Far left is the dining room, the kitchen/pantry is the one just above it. The other two are a study and a room with couches/etc./sort of living room.

Upper floor: Most of these are bedrooms/empty rooms, the lower leftmost is the master bedroom and has a bathroom/walk in closet off the side of it. There's another bathroom (the small one next to the stairs to the attic). The far left at the end of the hallway's a solar. (That leaves five other bedrooms/empty rooms in total.)

* Lyra has one facing the backyard
* Lorraine has one facing the street/front

Basement: The basement has got a couple of large storage rooms, one small room with a makeshift bar/table, and then a hidden door at the end of the hall that opens into the bunker room (concrete floor with a drain in it, Kain cleaned out some bones/creepy shit and has it turned into a survival bunker with stored food, water, cots, etc.)

Outdoors: There's a garden space outside and a pond dug in, along with a garage and a small shed. The shed's converted into a smokehouse and the garage mostly just has random crap stored in it. Kaito used to have a small plot here but he's converting the entire thing to a herb garden in Kain/Rosa's absence. As of April 1 there are some tropical-looking flowers attempting to grow in the corner (not very successfully). They're from Hemlig.
