Kissing this character: He'll be flustered but by all means go ahead. (Kaitou Kid may kiss back)
Flirting with this character: Always okay! Kid is one big flirt anyway. When he's not flustered.
Fighting with this character: He's more likely to run/dodge if you try and start a physical fight, but sure.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Minor injuries are okay, ask me before anything serious like a fracture, torture, dismemberment etc.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He has no guards on his mind, so go right ahead! Do be aware that he doesn't like people finding out he moonlights as a thief so he may react badly.

On the subject of mind-reading, things that a mind-reader will discover if they scan him while he's not paying attention to someone is that he always looks at exit points of a room first, followed by room layout and furniture. He usually has some sort of surface planning going on (whether it's related to a magic trick or a heist [same thing to him, really]), and his way of thinking will probably be a big indication that he commits crimes.

On that note, YES, you may have your character find out that Kaito = Kid. As long as your character is the sort who can/would put two and two together (through observation, scent, or some other method) then I am okay with them suspecting or calling him out on being a thief. This of course assumes your character has met both to make this comparison, and that you aren't reaching with your IC observations. If in doubt, please contact me!

Warnings: Kaito, when startled, speaks his mind without much of a filter but is quick to backtrack once he realises he's offended someone.

Also, while he's nowhere near as bad as a certain detectives, he will notice some details about people if his attention is drawn to it. He doesn't go actively looking for tells or body language, but he will be pinged if he has profiled someone's behaviour and they start to act off. He impersonates people on a regular basis, so he WILL notice changes in behaviour if he's paying attention (I usually roll dice for this). More so in people he's familiar/comfortable with than strangers, obviously.

He is still very observant and I will be reading as much into what you give in your tags as I can. If I happen to overstep boundaries, please let me know.
