Starter thief outfit:
This style of waistcoat/shirt but in the same colours as his canon Kid outfit. I.e. White vest, white pants, blue shirt, red tie. His mask looks like one of those futuristic visors rather than a traditional mask - without the futuristic functionality of course. Glows pretentiously but can be turned off. That's about all it can do for now unless he upgrades later.

Powers:
He's got none, and that's really the scariest power of all.. The power of normalcy.
