Basic description:
= AGE: 18 as of June 21, 2015
= Kaito has short, dark brown hair that looks like he's just gotten out of bed. It's messy and sticks every which way and he probably doesn't bother doing more than a cursory comb over to get rid of tangles (if that).
= He has blue eyes (I usually say they're on the dark side; definitely not sky blue).
= Human height is 174cm / ~5'8" and his weight is 58kg / 128lbs, if that matters.
= He has a face that marks him out as Asian/Japanese at first glance, but because of his mixed parentage (Japanese/French), a sharp eye will also spot some elements that subtly mark him as a foreigner.
= General body build is lithe (all-round toned body that is flexible due to his profession).
= If you're lucky enough to spot him with his shirt off, you will see scars on his torso and arms. Specifically:
- Messy, vaguely star-shaped scar tissue over his heart (shot twice there on two different occasions with two different jewels to deflect the bullets)
- A healed scar on his upper left arm (bullet graze)
- And a few other miscellaneous pinkish-red lines from shrapnel wounds and hang-gliding accidents.
Monster description:
= Small wings: they are basically crow wings; think black feathers unless you want to get technical; wingspan is approx. 50cm/20in, hidden beneath tuxedo jacket as Kid
= Ears: pointed tips
= Teeth: sharp, applies to ALL his teeth
= Fingernails/toenails: they take after the claws of pigeons and are approx. 2cm/1in long
= Spikes: they resemble fish bones, (WARNING FOR NUDITY). They are approx. 30cm/12in long.
Their placement is as follows--
- ONE on his right elbow (TWO as Kid; one fake spine added)
- FOUR on his right shoulder
- ONE on his left shoulder (THREE as Kid; two fake spines added)
- TWO on his left elbow
A line of them protruding from his back, one for each vertebrae (late Nov; exactly like the reference image above)

= Skin:
- Concentrated at the base of his feet/fingers, shading to a far less heavy tint on his main limbs.
- The colour is far lighter in places where people do not get sunburned easily (e.g. underside of arms, palms, and so on).
- At his neck, the blue is heaviest on the sides/back but his throat and collarbone are almost normal.
- As for his face: the underside of his chin, all of his ears, and his scalp are blue. The colour bleeds a little beyond his hairline down his forehead.
- The blue colour transitions like a gradient between different shades/skin.
= Special features:
- RUNES (post-Nov 1): (assume these are painted over or covered as Phantom Kid)
- Four-leaf clover in right eye - translucent purple in daylight, red in moonlight
- Diamond on the back of each hand - red with gold trim
- Spade (see previous image) on his chest, over his heart - black with gold trim
- Four clubs (standard) on his cheek running from larger to smaller beneath corner of his left eye - dark blue with rainbow sheen
- Heart (standard) on his right upper arm - red

- Four-leaf clover in right eye - translucent purple in daylight, red in moonlight
Phantom Kid's description:
= Attached to all the bone spines is a webbing like you would see on fish fins. It is made of material meant to mimic the pattern of a fin.
= He also attaches the same fabric between his fingers so that they look like webbed fingers.
= He will mould his ears into finned ears and create false gills using modelling clay and a touch of paint.
= His blue skin would be treated to a bit of glitter and sheen and some adjustments so that it looks like he has fish scales in places.
= END RESULT: He resembles a MERMAN more than he does a goblin.
