Basic description:
= AGE: 19 as of Dec 3, 2018
= HAIR: Short, dark brown hair that looks like he's just gotten out of bed. It's messy and sticks every which way and Kaito probably doesn't bother doing more than a cursory comb over to get rid of tangles (if that).
= EYES: He has blue eyes that are on the darker side, NOT sky blue.
= HEIGHT: 174cm / ~5'8"
= WEIGHT: 58kg / 128lbs
= ETHNICITY: Asian/Japanese at first glance, but because of his mixed parentage (Japanese/French), a sharp eye will also spot some elements that subtly mark him as a foreigner.
= BODY BUILD: Lithe (all-round toned body that is flexible due to his profession).
= INJURIES/SCARS: The bulk of his old injuries are present on his torso/arms. Specifically--

• Messy, vaguely star-shaped scar tissue over his heart (shot twice there on two different occasions with two different jewels to deflect the bullets)
• A healed scar on his upper left arm (bullet graze)
• And a few other miscellaneous pinkish-red lines from shrapnel wounds and hang-gliding accidents.
• A small scar just under his right eyebrow (cut when his monocle cracked from a sniper shot).

= Special features:

• RUNES (post-Nov 1, 2015)
  Assume these are painted over or covered as Phantom Kid. They will slowly phase back in for his first monster changes.
  • Four-leaf clover in right eye - translucent purple in daylight, red in moonlight
    
  • Diamond on the back of each hand - red with gold trim
    
  • Spade (see previous image) on his chest, over his heart - black with gold trim
    
  • Four clubs (standard) on his cheek running from larger to smaller beneath corner of his left eye - dark blue with rainbow sheen
    
  • Heart (standard) on his right upper arm - red [a joke on 'wearing his heart on his sleeve']
• TATTOO/S:
  During the Fourth Wall event of 2017, Kaito received a mark from Greed which enables him to access the Nest's territory in Vandare permanently. The SUN MOTIF was changed to a MOON at his request (i.e. coloured white/grey).

He forgets the reason for his stealing. I.e. The crucial link between his father's murder and the organisation chasing him. It is replaced by an urgent need to find all large gems and check them beneath the moonlight, which he is determined to accomplish no matter what obstacles are in his way.

Kaito forgets his attachments to those in his personal life. He knows of them but does not realise how fond he was of them. This encompasses only Aoko and her family at the moment.
